The Smart Hub is Singapore’s first positive energy building (industrial) and houses Samwoh Innovation Centre, the largest industry R&D laboratory in Singapore.

With the opening of their new HQ, Samwoh Smart Hub, they are championing sustainability in the Built Environment sector and launching a new phase of growth and innovation for their company. Guest-of-Honour, Mr Heng Swee Keat, Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic Policies, joined Samwoh’s board of directors for this exclusive milestone event, amid more than 300 guests, including many who had supported Samwoh over the last 47 years.Īs a home-grown enterprise, Samwoh has played a pivotal role in Singapore’s infrastructure development for close to half a century.
